摘要:
通过对引信MEMS机构与传统引信机构加工工艺和所用材料的比较,分析了由此带来的引信MEMS机构与传统引信机构在结构上的差异,归纳了目前引信MEMS机构形态的特点,在此基础上提出了在进行引信MEMS机构设计时应注意的一些问题,供在进行引信MEMS机构设计时参考。
Abstract:
By the comparison between the fabrication technology and material of MEMS fuze mechanisms and that of traditional fuze mechanisms,the differences between them were analyzed and the characteristics of present fuze MEMS mechanism shape were summarized. On the basis, the problems that should be paid attention to in the process of designing the fuze MEMS mechanism are put forward to bring the reference for the design.
