摘 要:针对微机电系统(MEMS)加工技术的特点,对引信MEMS安全系统的两种结构形式及其特点进行分析,提出在进行MEMS安全系统设计时应注意和需要解决的一些问题。
Abstract:
According to the characteristics of MEMS fabrication technology, the two structure styles and characteristics of fuze MEMS safety and arming device are analyzed. In the process of designing MEMS safety and arming device, the problems that should be paid attention to and be solved are put forward.
